1. Holding valid Level-1 Captain (Fishing Boat) Certificate, Crew Certificate or other related qualifications, with working experiences of at least 2 years related to the post.
2. Mastering fishing boat net gear design and adjustment techniques, skilled in using auxiliary equipments for fishing and navigation.
3. Ability of fishing ground resource analysis and for inter-communication and emergency handling.
4. Mastering fishing policies, laws and regulations in major fishing areas world-wide, fluent English utilization.
5. Age under 45 years old, which can be adjusted to 50 yo for those specially excellent appliers.
6. Physically and mentally healthy, ethically well-behaved, not alcohol, gambling additive, no other improper hobbies, no records of law-breaking, regulation-violating or restrictions for going abroad.
7. Obedient to the management and order of the company, well executing the decisions made by the company, able to working for long-term on board of fishing boats.
Salary and welfare to be negotiated
1. Holding valid Level-1 Chief Engineer (Fishing Boat) Certificate, Crew Certificate or other related qualifications, with working experiences of at least 2 years related to the post.
2. Mastering regular utilization and maintenance techniques for motors, electric generators, freezing equipment on board of fishing boats.
3. Ability for inter-communication and emergency handling, fluent English utilization.
4. Age under 45 years old, which can be adjusted to 50 yo for those specially excellent appliers.
5. Physically and mentally healthy, ethically well-behaved, not alcohol, gambling additive, no other improper hobbies, no records of law-breaking, regulation-violating or restrictions for going abroad.
6. Obedient to the management and order of the company, well executing the decisions made by the company, able to working for long-term on board of fishing boats.
